Music in Our Souls

Qui Tollis Peccata Mundi

The car radio
emitting vioces in chours
of a high mass
beneath towering oaks and maples
whose leaves in full colors
drop aimlessly
onto a moist ground
of soft expansive beds
of red and golden hues, amidst water drops,
from berams of light
into a multiple of trajectories
through leaves and branches
dancing above the shimmering
beds of leaves
